Intership day 20,10/7/24
Today marked another enriching day in my teaching internship at St. Mary's School. Here's a snapshot of my experiences:
Morning Duty:
I started the day with morning duty, helping to supervise students as they arrived at school.
Observed Lesson:
During the 3rd period, I taught a class to 8 F1. Neena Miss came to observe my performance, providing valuable insight into my teaching methods.
Lesson Highlights:
- Topic: Distance and Displacement
- Tools: PowerPoint presentation
- Approach: Interactive with various activities
Student Engagement:
The students were highly cooperative, actively participating in discussions and asking questions. Their enthusiasm was palpable, making the learning experience enjoyable for everyone involved.
Professional Development:
Post-lesson, I received constructive feedback from the observing teacher. She offered helpful tips and assisted in refining my lesson plan, contributing to my growth as an educator.
Overall, it was a successful day filled with learning opportunities for both the students and myself. The positive response from the class was particularly encouraging, reinforcing my passion for teaching.
