Internship day 14

Internship Day 14 at St. Mary's School

Today marked another eventful day in my teaching internship at St. Mary's School. The day began early with morning duty at 8:45 AM, where I helped supervise students arriving for classes.

First Hour: 8 F1 - Measurement and Units Revision
My day kicked off with a revision session for Class 8 F1 on the chapter "Measurement and Units." We went over key concepts, conversion factors, and practical applications. The students seemed engaged and asked thoughtful questions, showing their grasp of the material.

Second Hour: 9 L - Atomic Configuration
Next, I had a substitution class with 9 L, where we delved into atomic configuration. We explored electron arrangements, energy levels, and the basics of how elements are structured at the atomic level. The students were particularly interested in how this knowledge relates to the periodic table.

Third Hour: 8 F1 - Test and Discussion
Returning to 8 F1, I administered a test paper on the topics we've covered recently. After the test, we discussed the answers together, which gave students immediate feedback and clarified any lingering doubts.

Back in the staff room, I corrected the test papers and was pleased to see that the students generally scored well. This positive outcome reflects both their hard work and the effectiveness of our recent lessons.

Overall, it was a productive day filled with teaching, learning, and assessment. Seeing the students' progress is truly rewarding and reinforces my passion for education.
