On 7 th November 2022 Capacity building Programme held at MTTC, at 2:00 pm in college auditorium. This program was conducted as part of our B. Ed curriculum and was organised by our miss, Dr Maya. Our resource person was Dr Hari.

Class kicked off from HELLO's and HI's, he asked us to speak back Hi when he tell Hello and vice versa in the same mannerism which he used. He used this technique to make us active,thereby he taught us that we should make our students ready to learn before we teach them.

He handled the class with a set of words to make it a powerful capacity building program. First word he introduced was INTERACTION,along with interaction, words such as ALERTNESS, ALLEGORY were introduced,he told us it's importance in teaching. Allegory was the method used by Sri Budha and Jesus christ to convey various concepts.

The class was also very funny, he asked us to feel the taste of ladoo in our hand and imagine its colour, when ladoo was not there.When everyone imagined yellow colour ladoo, he asked as why we imagined conventionally and asked us to be Unique.He also asked us to taste the ladoo by bringing it close to our mouth and away from mouth. He said that we could feel the sweetness only when we interact, so teacher should interact with students.

Then he entertained us with a musical instrument called Tamperuin, he made us clap and told us the significance of clapping, he said that it creates RE

He spoke about kurushethra war and quoted dialogue conversation between Krishna and Arjun, Arjun had fear to fight Pandas, Krisha told him that he could overcome fear only by KNOWLEDGE and to attain knowledge he have to LISTEN, through this conversation he introduced us two more words which have much implications in practical life.He said that LEARNING helps us bring out whats inside an individual and teacher should be a facilitator like Krishna for Arjun.

Next he started explaining an event happened during Zio Olympics.Olympics was inaugurated by Antony D Rebello by lighting up the lamp using bow and arrow from a particular distance , he was selected for it after very crucial selection process and PRACTICE of one and a half years, hence to become an excellent teacher one should practice much and QUALITY is the output of intelligent effort.

 He introduced characters in avatar and asked us to CONNECT with students like avatars connect with their creatures.

He concluded class by explaining ASMILE.

He said that ASMILE is the best word a teacher should learn before he or she teach students,

 Later I gave vote of thanks and we had a question and answer session. Class concluded after feedback session by students.

In an overall look,session was very vibrant and informative, we all enjoyed and we are thankful to the authorities who gave us this wonderful session.
